METRO EXPRESS opened the doors of the first coin laundry store in August 2001 with a vision of providing Ulaanbaatar with hygienic personal laundry at a price affordable for every one and bringing the best cleaning and personal well being products and industrial laundry equipment to Ulaanbaatar and Mongolia. Today, 14 years later, we are nearer to realizing our vision. We have successful laundry stores in the different districts of the city. The stores are pleasant, clean and fragrant places, where all strata of society do and have their laundry done. We have 41000 Metro Express Club members who enjoy additional benefits, and 150,000 satisfied customers to many of whom we have provided clothes without stains and bright looking -“like new”. Our surveys show that in all places, where there is no store yet, nearly 90% of the population have heard of METRO EXPRESS, 85% of the district population wants a METRO EXPRESS store in their neighborhood, 60% of these want to do all their laundry at METRO EXPRESS and purchase their cleaning products there.

Dry cleaning service: We give cleaning services using German technology and  brand   cleaningproducts with whole automatic dry cleaning machine which is produced in ILSA firm of Italy meeting  European standard.

Laundry service:  Speed Queen and UNIMAC brands of American Alliance Laundry Systems which has the capacity of 6.5 kg to 55 kg are used in our laundry shop. We wash various sizes of garments using Persil and Perwoll laundry detergent brands we import from Henkel corporation, Germany.  Water used in int washing machines is concentrated with ozone. 

We import and use Oxiclean stain remover made of naturally derived,biodegradable ingredients which has no effect to damage materials while washing and dry cleaning process.

After cleaning, garment leaves soft like a velvet and keeps it’s fresh smell for a long time.

If your garment smells unpleasant and other dry cleaning centers can’t clean it, only we can do it. We don’t use bleach, so that customers’ loved clothes don’t get damaged.

Stain removing service:

We use modern technology and the stain remover products imported from Germany and mixture which is made in our Metro laboratory to clean any though stains. We give training and professional cleaning advice for other organizations and cleaning workers.

Laundry detergent and household cleaning products:

We are official distributor of “Henkel”, Germany, “Church & Dwight” and “Method products”, US, and we sell at our branches, and take orders by telephone these environmentally safe, non-toxic to human, internationally recognized quality 100 product types. 

Health and beauty products: We sell at our branches, and take orders by telephone and deliver 60 types of health and beauty products from “Health & Beauty”, Israel; which is enriched by minerals from the Dead Sea.

• Sales and maintenance of business and factory intended washing, drying machines of a brand such as Speed Queen, UNIMAC and IPSO from “Alliance Laundry System”, US.
