Cabinet Considers Loan Agreement Draft for National Cardiovascular Center Project www.montsame.mn
The Cabinet of Mongolia held its regular session on August 13, 2025.
During the regular session, the Cabinet members discussed the draft resolution "On Issuing Securities of Umnugobi aimag,” the draft loan agreement for the “National Cardiovascular Center (NCC)” project between Mongolia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the draft resolution on “Approving and Granting Licenses for Areas to Explore and Exploit Widely Distributed Mineral Deposits,” the draft resolution on “Measures to Boost Mineral Product Exports,” the draft resolution on “Certain Measures Regarding the Health Insurance Fund,” and the draft resolution on “Exemption from Payroll Contributions.”
The Cabinet is also to be briefed on the review of the 2026 budget framework statement, the draft law to amend the Law on the 2027–2028 Budget Projections, the progress of the special regime imposed on “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC, the repayment of the Social Insurance Fund’s debts, and the construction progress of the “Bagakhangai–Khushig Valley” branch railroad project
