Government services are being delivered through 596 “Khurdan” service points located across Mongolia, including in all 21 aimags, 330 soums, two border checkpoints, and 47 diplomatic missions in 31 foreign countries.

Through these service points, 451 types of services from 43 government institutions are provided in operator-assisted mode, enabling citizens to quickly obtain frequently required references, certificates, and other public services, according to the Regulatory Agency of Government Digital Services.

The agency, through its branches in the capital city and all 21 aimags, has been implementing the digital transformation of public services in stages, introducing advanced technologies and international best practices.
