Foreign Minister to Pay Official Visit to Sweden and Norway www.montsame.mn
At the invitation of Sweden’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Maria Malmer Stenergard, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Sweden on March 2–3. She will then visit the Kingdom of Norway on March 4–5 at the invitation of Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Espen Barth Eide.
During the visits, Minister Battsetseg will hold official talks with her counterparts and meet with senior government officials to discuss ways to strengthen and expand bilateral relations and cooperation, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mongolia established diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Sweden on June 30, 1964, and with the Kingdom of Norway on January 11, 1968.
